Mini Protein Doughnuts

Mini doughnuts full of plant-based protein! Great for a pre or post-workout snack, to pair with an afternoon or morning latte, or for something sweet (not sinful) after dinner.

1/2 cup perfect fit protein
1/4th cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk/rice milk/ regular milk
vanilla stevia drops (about 3) and/or 1 tbsp of stevia in the raw or baking stevia
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
2 tbsp unsweetened cacao powder (if you want chocolate, and if you do this up the stevia by 2)
1/3 cup egg whites (you can make these vegan by using a "flax or chia" egg instead, substitute 1 tbsp flax/3 tbsp water for every egg white used)
