Multicolored Peppers Salad

It looks gorgeous and tastes delicious - what else? Ah, it takes a few minutes to prepare - just slice, season, and toss.

1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1 orange bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon agave nectar (honey or sugar can be used)
3 cloves garlic squeezed
1 tablespoon cilantro diced (fresh or dry)
To taste salt and pepper
Cut peppers in half lengthwise, clean the seeds, then slice across into thin stripes. Prepare dressing by mixing the rest of the ingredients until blended well. Toss, serve, and enjoy.
