Pumpkin Pie Balls:
1 c. oat flour, gluten free
1 ¼ c. almond flour
3 T. maple syrup
1/3 c. pumpkin puree
½ t. cinnamon
½ t. pumpkin pie spice
¼ t. salt
½ t. vanilla
Coconut Sugar Coating:
¼ c. coconut sugar
¼ t. cinnamon
¼ t. pumpkin pie spice

Coconut Sugar Coating:

In a large bowl combine oat flour and almond flour. Toss to combine.
