No-Bake Quinoa Oat Bars
24
Chewy, healthy, no-bake bars are great for breakfast or a light snack on the go. I've made them before without quinoa and different nuts but I really love the extra protein that the quinoa adds. The only prep work these require is cooking the quinoa separately and heating the peanut butter, coconut oil and honey. The freezer does the rest of the work!
