No Fuss Strawberry Freezer Jam

Quick, simple, no sugar necessary freezer strawberry jam.

3 cups hulled, crushed strawberries (about 3 one pound containers)
1-3/4 cups 100% cran-raspberry or apple juice (cran-raspberry adds more flavor and requires less sugar in my opinion)
3 Tbsp BallĀ® RealFruitĀ® Low or No-Sugar Needed Pectin
Up to 3 cups sugar, 3/4 to 1 cup honey or desired amount of other sweeteners
4 -5 eight ounce freezer-safe containers (glass jars work great but must be the kind with straight sides NOT ones that get smaller at the top due to expansion during freezing)
1) Gradually add pectin into fruit juice until dissolved 2) Bring to a full rolling boil that cannot be stirred down, over medium-high heat, stirring frequently 3) Boil hard 1 minute, stirring constantly 4) Remove from heat 5) Immediately add strawberries into hot pectin mixture 6) Stir vigorously for 1 minute 7) Stir in sugar or chosen sweetener, if desired 8) Ladle jam into clean freezer containers (leave 1/2 inch of space at top to allow for expansion when frozen) 9) Put the lids on and let jam sit in refrigerator until set, but no longer than 24 hours Refrigerate up to 3 weeks or freeze up to 1 year.
