"No Work" Marinated Chicken

Here’s one of those great “No Work” meals that you can prep in about 5 minutes and then just leave in your refrigerator until mealtime! Whether you grill, pan fry, or broil the meat, this juicy and flavorful Marinated Chicken is a healthy dinner that’s ready in just 10 minutes!

2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts

½ cup soy sauce

¾ cup pineapple juice

½ cup cider vinegar

¼ cup honey

2 teaspoons minced garlic

8 small taro roots
water
salt
1 cup yogurt, mixed with enough water to submerge roots (add salt)

  2. Slightly cut a slit into each root, but not big enough to split the root into two pieces. This will allow the water and marinade to go into the taro root
