Oil Free Granola!

A lower fat, lower sugar version of granola that still has a nice crunch and is perfect for breakfast, a snack on-the-go or dessert!

2 cups GF oats
1/2 cup popped quinoa
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp flax seeds
1/4th cup walnuts dry unsalted
1/4th cup almonds dry unsalted
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut
1/4 cup vanilla protein powder (optional if you’d like an extra boost of protein)
1/2 - 3/4 cup unsweetened applesauce (mine was homemade but you can use store bought)
1/4th cup Apple Chips (I made these beforehand and just crumbled them into my mix)
1/4 cup raw honey (I tried to omit this but the granola didn’t get that crunchy texture)
2 tsp cinnamon
