2 TBS Ground Flax Seed
1 tsp Chia Seeds
1/4 Cup Rice Flour
1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1/4 tsp Aluminum Free Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 Cup Extra Virgin Raw Cold Pressed Coconut Oil in solid form (under 76 degrees)
