Easy and delicious recipe that can be used as a side or as a main vegetarian dish! The recipe is very inexpensive yet effective! Try it!

3 oz potatoes (russet gold)
2 oz olive oil
1 tablespoon (full) paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
a pinch of basil
1 teaspoon oregano
a pinch of salt and pepper

Mix the spices and the olive oil together. Cut the potatoes into wedges. Coat the potatoes well with the spice mix.
Bake at 400 degrees for 40 -45 min. (45 minutes will give you crispier potatoes, bake depending on your taste).
