Paprika Baked Potato Wedges

Easy and delicious recipe that can be used as a side or as a main vegetarian dish! The recipe is very inexpensive yet effective! Try it!

3 oz potatoes (russet gold)
2 oz olive oil
1 tablespoon (full) paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
a pinch of basil
1 teaspoon oregano
a pinch of salt and pepper
Mix the spices and the olive oil together. Cut the potatoes into wedges. Coat the potatoes well with the spice mix. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 -45 min. (45 minutes will give you crispier potatoes, bake depending on your taste).

Marinated Taro Root

A marinated snack that can be used to replace late night bad habit cravings!

8 small taro roots
water
salt
1 cup yogurt, mixed with enough water to submerge roots (add salt)

  1. Wash the taro roots well.
  2. Slightly cut a slit into each root, but not big enough to split the root into two pieces. This will allow the water and marinade to go into the taro root
