Pita Bread Recipe

The dough for the pitas is made from a combination of spelt and einkorn flours. The pitas are flat with some bubbles.

2 1/2 cup Einkorn flour
1/2 cup Spelt flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 package yeast 2 1/4 tsp
1 tbsp honey
18 tbsp warm water
