Pumpkin, Spinach and Ginger Soup

This is a delicious soup, especially if you like ginger! The combination of pumpkin, spinach and ginger may surprise you! I use frozen pumpkin and spinach but you can use the same amount of the fresh ingredients.

1 1/2 lbs frozen pumpkin
1 carrot
2oz of ginger root
1/2 tablespoon of salt
5oz of frozen spinach
