Sauteed Green Beans and Mushrooms is an easy, healthy and delicious side dish.
3 Cups of Green Beans (stem ends removed), halved crosswise
1 Package of Mushrooms (about 2 cups)
2 Gloves of Minced Garlic
2 tbp of Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 tbsp of Chopped Cilantro
