Skip the coffee shop and save some time and money! In about 2 minutes you can blend together this cool and creamy Skinny French Toast Frappe for a healthy high-protein breakfast or snack — with less than 150 calories!

1 teaspoon Folgers Instant Coffee granules
1-2 cups ice (I like to use 2 cups for a very thick smoothie)
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or other milk of choice)
1 scoop (about ¼ cup) vanilla protein powder
¼ teaspoon maple extract (or flavoring)
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
? teaspoon ground nutmeg
Pinch of salt
Optional: whipped cream for garnish
Add all ingredients to a blender and puree until thick and smooth. Garnish with whipped cream, if desired. Serve immediately!
