Here is a perfect healthy choice this thanksgiving, try my skinny mini apple pies! enjoy!

Crust:

3 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 t. sea salt
1 cup melted butter ( Healthy Smart Balance Brand)
1 cup plain yogurt

Stir ingredients together until thoroughly mixed.

Filling:

3 pounds of apples – about 11-12 small apples
1/4 – 3/4 cup brown sugar
1 Tablespoon ground cinnamon
