This nutritious , high protein porridge is sure to keep any super hero flying all day long. Packed full of plant proteins including almonds, chia, and hemp, this porridge packs a super food punch.

Per 1 cup serving

1 cup boiling water

2 Tbsp cream of rice (cream of wheat may be substituted if not gluten free)

1 Tbsp Almond meal

1/2 Tbsp ground chia seed (use whole if you prefer the grit)

1 Tbsp hemp seed
