Urad Dal Vada(Non Deep Fried) Recipe - Pooja's Cookery


Urad Dal Vada is a non deep fried version of Medu Vada: South Indian breakfast fritters served with Chutney prepared with urad dal batter.

Wash and soak Urad Dal in water for about 4 hours or overnight. Next day using very little water grind to fine thick paste .
