3 flax eggs (3 tbs. ground flax seeds, 9 tbs. water, mix and sit in fridge 15 mins)
1 tbs. coconut flour
2 tbs. oat flour
2 tbs. cashew meal or almond meal
½ tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. stevia
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tbs. coconut oil, melted
2 tbs. apple butter
3 flax eggs (3 tbs. ground flax seeds, 9 tbs. water, mix and sit in fridge 15 mins)

Make the flax eggs and place in refrigerator.
In a large mixing bowl, combine cashew butter, coconut oil and apple butter. Microwave 30 seconds until cashew butter is pliable and coconut oil is melted.
