Store bought yogurt drinks often have unnecessary additives as well as refined sugar. It’s quite easy to make your own. This is a quick recipe made with fresh blueberries. It is a refreshing, clean drink to start the day. In no time at all you can whiz this together and it will help keep you going until lunch.
1
12 fresh blueberries
½ cup (125ml) plain probiotic vegan yogurt
2 teaspoons dark agave
1 teaspoon lime juice
¼ cup (60ml) vanilla rice milk (rice dream)
½ cup (125ml) plain probiotic vegan yogurt
2 teaspoons dark agave
1 teaspoon lime juice
¼ cup (60ml) vanilla rice milk (rice dream)
Put all ingredients together in a liquidiser and blend for about 20 seconds.
Put in the fridge for 10 minutes or in the freezer for 5 minutes if you need to save time.
I find it is particularly good with oat cakes.
