FIRST INGREDIENTS
white beans - 1 1/2 cups cooked (or 1 can)
pinto beans - 1 1/2 cups cooked (or 1 can)
water - 2 cups
tomato - 1 whole organic, sliced
sundried tomatoes - 1/3 cup
sweet onion - 1/2, sliced
garlic cloves - 2 fresh
chipotle powder - 3/4 - 1 teaspoon, depending on kick you like
curry powder - 1/2 - 1 teaspoon, depending on kick
sea salt - 1/2 teaspoon (optional)
cilantro - 1 bunch, organic
SECOND INGREDIENTS
extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) - 3 tablespoons
rice or almond milk cheese - 1/4 cup per serving
