Veggie nuggets

Spicy and crisp veggie nuggets based on chickpeas and veggies. Kid friendly and super delicious!

1.5 cup (4 dl) cooked chickpeas
2-3 garlic cloves
1/2 cup (1 dl) chopped carrots
1/2 medium onion
1/2 small red bell pepper
3/4 cup corn
1 Tbsp lemon juice
½-1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp chili
1 Tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
2 tsp soy sauce OR teriyaki sauce (a vegan kind)
1 Tbsp brown sugar (optional)
3 Tbsp oat flour
2 tsp chia seeds
Breading:
1/4 cup oats, ground into flour
2 Tbsp sesame seeds
Pinch of salt
