Black Bean Tostadas

Yummy black bean on crunchy corn tortillas...the fastest dinner around.

4 corn tortillas
1 (15 oz) can black beans (drained and rinsed)
1 1/2 teaspoons taco seasoning
Toppings: tomatoes, avocados, lettuce, etc.
1. Put corn tortillas on baking sheet and broil until light golden brown and crunchy. 2. Mash beans with a potato masher. Mix in taco seasoning and heat over low heat until warm. 3. Spread beans on tortillas and serve with toppings.
