Crispy Bajra (millet) Nuggets

This is one of the most delicious experimental recipe which can be a Great tea time snack or starter …. It’s absolutely a melt in the mouth recipe of the amazing crispy bajra nuggets…

For Nuggets :
1. 1cup bajra flour - millet flour(roasted in butter)
2. 1 cup boiled grated potato
3. ½ cup roasted and grounded peanuts
4. 4-5 green chilly
5. 1-2 tbsp coriander powder
6. Salt to test
7. Butter milk for binding it into dough
8. Oil to deep fry
For the filling:
1. 1 cup mixed vegetables, boiled and mashed (corn, carrot, Green Peas, onion)
2. ½ cup spinach finely chopped
3. ½ cup mozzarella cheese
4. ½ cup boiled grated potato
5. 1 tbsp tomato souse
6. 1tbsp coriander powder
7. 1 tsp dried mango powder
8. 1 tbsp green chilies (finely chopped)
9. 2-3 tbsp coriander leaves finely chopped
10. Pinch of sugar powder
11. Salt to taste
