Crispy Spring Rolls made with rice wrappers, filled with carrot, spring onion and coriander!

12-24 rice wrapper circles (depending on how tightly you want to seal them)
Carrot, julienned (5cm strips)
Spring roll, julienned (5cm strips)
Beansprouts
Deep frying oil (sunflower, vegetable, groundnut etc)
