Erb Muesli is a raw vegan, lactose, sugar and gluten-free muesli. A perfect “bread replacement”, it is designed to have an extraordinary balance between omega-6 and omega-3-fatty acids.

For the liquids
2 Oranges, raw, without peel (262 g)
1 Lemon, raw, without peel (58 g)

For the grain mix
10 g Quinoa, uncooked
10 g Sesame seeds, whole, dried
10 g Millet, raw
10 g Buckwheat
10 g Flaxseed
10 g Amaranth grains, uncooked
10 g Chia seeds, dried

For the basic fruit mix
1 Banana, raw (118 g)
1 Apple, raw, with skin (150 g)

Additional fruits and berries
40 Blueberries, raw (67 g)
8 Strawberries, raw (120 g)
14 Raspberries, raw (56 g)
1. The liquids Juice the oranges and lemon(s) with a citrus juicer or an electric citrus juicer. Add the juice and pulp to a bowl. Remove any seeds.

Marinated Taro Root

A marinated snack that can be used to replace late night bad habit cravings!

8 small taro roots
water
salt
1 cup yogurt, mixed with enough water to submerge roots (add salt)

  1. Wash the taro roots well.
  2. Slightly cut a slit into each root, but not big enough to split the root into two pieces. This will allow the water and marinade to go into the taro root
