1 tsp cumin
½ tsp ground coriander
zest and juice of 1 lime
¼ cup olive oil
salt and pepper ( to taste )
12 corn tortillas
1 cup shredded purple cabbage

¾ cup flat leaf parsley

½ red chili pepper
½ jalapeno ( seeded for less spiciness )
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
juice of 1 lime
¼ cup olive oil
1 cup diced mango
salt and pepper
