Honey Baked Ham

This quick and easy Honey Baked Ham recipe is perfect for the holidays! If you are entertaining this year you want this on your menu. 8 lbs bone in ham ( fully cooked )
2 1/4 cup ginger ale
1 cup brown sugar
3 tbsp honey
4 1/2 tsp cider vinegar
2 garlic cloves
1 1/2 tsp dijon mustard
  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
  • Place ham on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Score the surface of the ham, making diamond shapes 1/2 in. deep.
