6 Plum or Campari Tomatoes
1 Red Bell Pepper
1/4 of a red onion
1/2 of a lime or lemon
3 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 cup of tomato sauce or 3 tsp of tomato paste
2 tsp Olive oil for roasting the bell pepper
1 tsp of Olive oil for roasting the onions
Salt to taste
1 Thai Chili (Optional)
1 tsp Honey (Optional)
1 Red Bell Pepper
1/4 of a red onion

Preheat the mini oven to 300 degrees
Baste the outside of the bell pepper with the oil
