Keto Baked Egg Cups

This is a great brunch dish. Imagine cutting into the egg and having the runny yolk pour out. So yummy!

You can kick up the dish a bit more with some herbs such as dill, crispy sage or thyme. You might also want to mix some hot sauce, mayo and garlic powder together for a quick sauce.

3 oz Bacon
6 pieces whole fresh eggs
1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
Salt and Pepper to taste
