Margarita Chicken Kabobs

One of our favorite summer meals, these Margarita Chicken Kabobs are an easy and healthy dinner to throw on the grill!

For the Marinade (serving size is approximately 2 tablespoons):
½ c. olive oil
¼ cup freshly-squeezed lime juice
2 tablespoons tequila
1 tablespoon Triple Sec
2 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons coarse sea salt
For the Kabobs:
Approximately 1.5 - 2 lbs. boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 orange or yellow bell pepper, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 large red onion, cut into 1-inch cubes
