Quick and Easy Mexican Rice

This is the best go-to Mexican rice when your pressed for time but still want a great flavor!

1 C uncooked long grain rice
2 C chicken broth
1 T butter
1/2 C salsa (I used Picante' which is confirmed to be Gluten-Free)
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. cumin
Put all ingredients into a non-stick skillet Bring to a boil Cover, reduce heat and let simmer for about 30 minutes
