It is very healthy breakfast which can be eaten by babies children and old people who can she's. It is very easily digest able and very tasty too

Idli Rice/ Raw rice - 4 cups
Urad dal - 1 cup
Salt - for taste
Yeast - a pinch
Oil- 2 teaspoon
