Tricolor Salad

This little salad packs a lot of taste and nutrition. It also looks festive on your table. You can throw it together at a moment\\\'s notice and surprise your family with a tasty starter.

1 cup canned black beans
1 cup cooked corn
1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
1/4 cup diced red onion
1 tablespoon fresh parsley
To taste lemon juice
To taste olive oil
To taste salt and pepper
Drain and rinse a can of black beans. Defrost and rinse frozen corn or drain and rinse canned kernels. You can always have a supply of diced bell pepper in your freezer and defrost it per need. Throw all ingredients together, mix well. Serve and enjoy!
