Perfect for breakfast or as a snack, this Vegan Walnut Ricotta Toast with Strawberries and Sweet Dukkah – is made with crispy toast topped with creamy walnut ricotta, fresh strawberries and a drizzle of honey.

4 slices of your favorite crusty bread
2 cups walnuts
2 cups hot water
4-8 strawberries ( sliced )
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp sweet dukkah
Sweet Dukkah:
1/4 cup almonds ( finely chopped )
2 tbsp hemp seeds
2 tbsp pistachios ( finely chopped )
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp sesame seeds
2 tsp coconut sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
pinch of salt
