Crunchy Jicama Salsa

A little bit of crunchy a little bit of sweet and little bit of spicy all mixed together to make a whole lot of awesome!

½ jicama, diced
½ c corn
¼ white onion, chopped
1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
4 baby sweet peppers. chopped
1 jalapeno, chopped
1 bunch cilantro, chopped
Juice of 2 limes
¼ tsp pepper
½ tsp cumin
1 tsp salt
Mix all of the above ingredients together. Serve immediately or allow to marinate for an hour or overnight.
