2 tbsp olive oil ( divided )
1 pound shrimp ( peeled and deveined )
2 cloves garlic ( minced )
1 small onion ( chopped )
¼ cup corn
¼ cup peas
1 can black beans ( drained and rinsed )
1/2 cup salsa
salt and pepper
2 tbsp chopped cilantro
juice of 1 lime
