1/4 cup cream cheese
1/2 cup tobiko
1 lb crab sticks
3 tbsp rice wine vinegar
3 cups cooked rice
Nori sheets for serving
2 tbsp sesame seeds
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Make the sushi topping by combining Japanese mayo, softened cream cheese, half of the tobiko roe, and chopped crab sticks. Set aside.
