1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 cup milk
4 egg whites
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp white pepper
1 tbsp fresh thyme
  1. Mix all the ingredients.
  2. Pour the mixture into the ramekins
  3. Bake it at 350 for 15 minutes.
