This healthy vegan bean salad is the easiest and quickest bean salad made with canned beans, has only 6 ingredients and takes 5 minutes to make. It's not only my go-to summer salad recipe, it's only 3 Weight Watchers freestyle smart point per 1/2 cup! I make this most often when we're throwing something on the BBQ and I need a quick barbecue side dish

Air Fryer Tilapia

Crispy and delicious air fried tilapia fillet.

2 pieces Tilapia Fillets
1 piece Egg ( beaten )
1 cup Crushed Cornflakes
1 tablespoon Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 tablespoons Water
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/3 cup Flour
1/4 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
1/8 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
Nonstick Cooking Spray

Mix salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and flour in a bowl. In a separate bowl, combine egg and water. In a zip lock bag, combine crushed cornflakes and grated parmesan cheese.
