Easy and light Japanese-Inspired salad. The perfect side to a Japanese-inspired meal at home or a goes great with grilled fish or as an alternative to coleslaw at a summer barbecue

1 tablespoon of tamari or soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon of toasted sesame oil
2 teaspoons of rice vinegar
4 drops liquid stevia (or sugar to taste)
1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
