Shrimp is always a crowd favorite when it comes to quick meals and appetizers. Skip the boring chicken and replace it with a protein-packed shrimp. Shrimp is extremely versatile and they cook very quickly, making it a perfect choice for busy weeknights. Since shrimp are quick to cook, you just need to cook them for 1 minute per batch. Cooking them too long will result in a rubbery texture.

1 lb medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tsp Cajun seasoning
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
1/2 cup plain dry bread crumbs
1/2 cup Panko crumbs
1/2 cup flour
