2 tbsp Low sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame Oil
1 tsp Brown Sugar
(1 tsp) black sesame seeds
1 tbsp vegetable oil
14 oz firm tofu
1 cup cabbage
1 clove garlic
14 oz chicken breast
Salt and Pepper to taste
3 oz Carrots
2 tbsp Low sodium soy sauce
