Caesar dressing is so delicious and unbelievably easy to make in just a few minutes, you'll never buy it at the supermarket again!
2 main-course salads or 4 side salads
2 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1-1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
3/4 c mayonnaise
2 cloves garlic ( minced )
1 tsp anchovy paste ( or 2 fillets, minced )
1/2 c Parmigiano-Reggiano ( finely grated )
Freshly ground pepper to taste
