This deliciously simple steamed beet salad is ready in 15 minutes. And by using the right beets, it'll leave you with a clean cutting board and clean hands.

2 medium golden beets ( peeled and chopped in cubes - about 2 cups )
4 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
3 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
4 Tbsp orange juice
1 tsp granulated sugar
1 tsp salt
4 oz lettuce
4 oz feta or goat cheese ( crumbled )

teaspoon Green cardamom ( Powder )
liters Water
For gulab jamun:
250 grams Khoya ( Evaporated milk )
50 grams All purpose flour
teaspoon Corn flour
30 grams Mawa ( Curdled milk )
teaspoon Nutmeg ( Powder )
teaspoon Baking powder
liters Oil
30 to 40 pieces
